1) Connect the USB flashdrive to an available USB port on your Windows computer.
2) From the window below labeled "TRAFIX Upgrades" click on the link: "TRAFIX 1.9.3 Upgrade"
3) Save the file to your USB thumb drive. ** If you receive a prompt asking if you'd like to overwrite the existing "upgrade.stu" file, click YES.
4) When finished, remove the USB flashdrive from your Windows computer.
5) Make sure that the voltage is above 12 VDC as indicated on the Energy Management System. Power down the Control Console.
6) Connect the USB flashdrive to the USB port at the rear of the Control Console.
7) Power up the Control Console and allow it to boot.
8) The Control Console software will detect the USB flashdrive and start the upgrade. You should see a display that indicates the progress of the upgrade followed by a display which indicates the status of the completed upgrade (Success or Error).
Please allow up to twenty (20) minutes for the upgrade to complete. Do NOT power down while the upgrade is in progress.
9) When the upgrade is completed successfully, power down the Control Console and remove the USB flashdrive from the USB port.
10) Power up the Control Console and allow it to boot normally. The system should now be running with the latest version of Control Console application software. Power down the Control Console again and boot normally.
Your upgrade is now complete.
11) In the event that you receive an “Error” message during the upgrade procedure, please contact the Customer Service Department of Solar Technology Inc. for further assistance. |
