As part of its ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System (QMS), SolarTech has implemented a comprehensive Customer Satisfaction Program which provides feedback from our customers on product quality, product availability, customer service, sales support, and product performance, as well as pricing and usefulness of literature and manuals.
